If you’re not using insurance, we offer simple, transparent payment options, including out-of-pocket payments and the ability to use HSA/FSA funds. We strive to make therapy accessible to everyone. Our billing team is committed to collaborating with you if necessary to create a payment plan that helps alleviate financial stress, ensuring that cost does not become a barrier to receiving the care you need.

Out-of-Pocket Payments

Our out of pocket fee for a 60 minute session is $125 for individual sessions and $140 for couples and family sessions. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for per-session payments, providing a straightforward way to invest in your mental well-being.

HSA/FSA Payments

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover therapy costs, making your sessions even more accessible.

Our intake coordinator can verify your insurance benefits before your first session. You can also contact your insurance provider directly to check coverage details.

Once we submit your claim to insurance, it typically takes 2–4 weeks for processing. After that, we will bill you for any remaining balance.

Invoices are typically sent out on a monthly basis. If you have an outstanding balance, you will receive a statement reflecting any charges after insurance processing.

We do not bill out-of-network insurance directly, but if your plan offers out-of-network coverage, we can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.

Copay: A fixed amount you pay for each session, determined by your insurance plan. Deductible: The amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins covering services. Coinsurance: A percentage of the session cost you are responsible for after meeting your deductible.
